JAMES AMOAH

Kaleidoscope International CEO, Managing Director

Over twenty years’ experience of designing, managing and delivering complex supply chain and business turnaround programmes. He has held senior led positions in large multinationals and is a Board adviser to SMEs within the Healthcare and Customer Services Industry primarily in Switzerland, UK and North America.

A solution orientated leader with Global, international scope and experience. Works at Board level to develop and deliver high impact change within time and budget. Typical project examples include business turnaround, supply chain strategy and implementation, cost reduction and performance improvement.

Led Global Order To Cash (OTC) /Customer Service in one of the largest M&As in the Beauty Industry. International Commercial Business leader within global multinational Performance Coating responsible for Commercial Strategy, Customer Service, Pricing and E-Commerce Strategy.

James has a BSc Pharmacology, MSc in Operational Research and is Lean /6 sigma black belt trained.

PROF. DR. KATHARINA LUBAN

Katharina is Professor of Supply Chain Management and Lecturer in Innovation and Technology Management at Swiss University HSR. Katharina ensures the highest educational rigor is maintained for the Supply Chain Mastery Academy content. 

MARC BARA

Is Managing Partner at Think it Project, where he focus on integrating his skillsets and experience to assist organizations in deploying, operating and optimizing Project Management to meet evolving challenges, functions, and services. For Marc, offering advice and expertise to help organizations improve performance and achieve success is of utmost priority. He has over eighteen years of experience in management, with a distinctive ability to steer diverse projects from concept to completion. Marc has spent a major part of his career working within the Space industry, where he successfully managed the development of several hardware units for satellite platforms. He effectively coordinates and oversees all aspects of planning, execution and tracking of Industrial, IT and Transformation projects.


Over the years, he has gained solid backgrounds in teaching and training Engineering and Project & Program Management courses. He is the Director of Master in Project Management, EAE Business School (www.eae.es), and Professor at the Master in International Business, Global Executive MBA and International MBA. He also serves as a Lecturer at OBS Business School and Ostelea. Marc holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, with several professional management and IT certifications, including PMP© by the PMI.

DAVID CHRISTIAN

Kaleidoscope International Supply Chain Integration advisor and educator

David Christian is a Supply Chain Integration advisor and educator, where his primary role is to lead clients through supply chain transformation, integrating their people, processes and technology to achieve dramatic improvement in service, profitability and effectiveness.

David has broad cross-functional leadership experience, spanning Manufacturing, R&D, Procurement, Regional and Global Supply Chain & Commercial General Management. This gives him good insight into the behavioral drivers and norms across the various functions, especially the “Great Divide between Sales/Marketing & Operations” 

David has worked and consulted in several industry sectors (White Goods, Telecoms, FMCG, Oil and Gas & Chemical) around the world for over 30 years.

 His passion remains releasing the potential of the “Hero’s in Supply Chain”

NICOLAS VANDEPUT

Kaleidoscope International Supply Chain Data Scientist

Nicolas is a Supply Chain Data Scientist specialized in Demand Forecasting & Inventory Optimization. He always enjoys discussing new quantitative models and how to apply them to business reality.

Passionate about education, Nicolas is both an avid learner and enjoys teaching at universities: he teaches forecasting & inventory optimization to master students since 2014.

He founded SupChains its consultancy company in 2016, co-founded SKU Science – a smart online platform for supply chain management – in 2018, and published its book “Data Science for Supply Chain Forecast” in 2018.

DR. ANDREAS FURRER

Dr. Andreas Furrer acts as attorney, arbitrator or expert in the areas of national and international commercial and contract law and international private law. His focal areas are national and international distribution, logistics and transport law. He has broad experience in the field of DLT (Blockchain) and smart contracts. He is a professor of private, comparative, international private and European law of the University of Lucerne (part time).

In his position as full professor for private law, comparative law, IPR and European law at the University of Lucerne (part time), he prepares expert opinions for parties, courts and arbitration tribunals in Switzerland and abroad in the fields of international private and civil procedure law as well as Swiss private law and is available as an expert witness in foreign court and arbitration proceedings. He also prepares expert opinions and confirmations in these areas of law for authorities in Switzerland and abroad (e.g. expert opinions pursuant to Art. 163 IPRG in the case of relocation of company headquarters, trade compliance). He writes these reports in German and English.

RAFFAELE DE CECCO

Raffaele De Cecco Is an entrepreneurial, innovative Supply Chain leader with extensive track-record of managing organizational transitions, technology and organization integrations, and overall process changes in the Beauty and FMCG industries.

Obsessed by 4.0 Customer experience and Digital, Raffaele currently works as Integration, Digital & Capability leader at COTY,  one of the world’s leading beauty companies, with an iconic portfolio of leading brands. In this role, he defined the Customer experience framework for the Professional Beauty division, then designed and is now implementing the Supply Chain Digital ecosystem to accommodate 4.0 needs.

Raffaele has 15 years of experience building and leading large teams across diverse operational environments, business categories and geographical markets, which he accomplished by working in large corporations as well as small start-ups.

His favorite quote is from Dan Schulman, CEO of paypal “The biggest impediment to a company’s future success is its past success.”

MARCOS CLEWES

Marcos Clewes is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (FCILT), 

Is a chartered fellow of the institute of logistics and transport and a fellow FinstSMM (Highest level of accreditation awarded by The Institute of Sales & Marketing Management) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt His primary role is to help clients develop logistics and distribution strategies and to design and deliver transformation projects in these areas. This includes creating worldwide logistics and distribution networks.

Marcos has broad cross functional leadership experience up to Board director level including Global Sales, Marketing and Operations, Automotive manufacturing and OEM parts, Regional and Global Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution, ECommerce, Express letter and parcel delivery, General Management and Programme and Project Management.

Marcos has consulted and provided subject matter expertise to a variety of industries including Venture Capitalists, Law Firms, Automotive Manufacturers, Chemical Manufacturers, ECommerce Operations, Telecoms, Parcel companies, Logistics Companies and Software companies. 

Marcos is recognised as a subject matter expert in his fields of expertise and is regularly called upon to provide expert opinion at conferences, in legal proceedings and also by the media worldwide including the financial times and FT.com

Marcos has a great passion and enthusiasm for sharing his 30 years of knowledge and expertise and will provide you with real life stories and scenarios that he has been involved in over the years and explain how he developed the solutions to resolve them.

MARTA VENTOSA

Marta Ventosa is a passionate Lean Expert with 15+ years of experience, including for the last 5 years, as a Professor in LEAN, Production and Quality.

Marta is the founder of The Lean Level, which was created to promote the LEAN Culture with quality contents that help with the understanding and implementation of LEAN. In addition, people and companies can check their progress on the LEAN path and learn from the experiences of others. It is a Digital Business and so is still a work in progress, I am currently translating the contents to English to launch the final version.

Marta’s experiences in Lean span many sectors and include : Government, IT, Office, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Retail and Warehouse

Marta is always seeking improvements around the Supply Chain with focus on sustainable and tangible results (e.g. in a Customer Services department slashed activities by 70%; reduced 3M Euros in Stocks in a Pharma Company; reduction of defective parts by a 68% in the Automotive Sector).

Marta states that “My challenge is to keep working with people and companies to achieve successful implementation of efficient processes by applying LEAN, Agile and Continuous Improvement. My main objective is to find better ways to explain and help how to implement LEAN and Agile around any environment: creating tools, graphics, simulations, gamification etc. with the goal that the user finds their way to a more competitive position and get engage with this philosophy”

A pioneer in AI with more than 30 years experience. Also a technical leader in other start of the art technologies working in finance, aerospace, defence, manufacturing and supply chain finance.

Experience of global technology program management and large scale R&D initiatives.

Primary specialization in AI – knowledge representation and reasoning systems.

HELMUT LEITNER

Founder of “HELIBLICK” – Holding space for consciousness in business to nourish team engagement and unfold organisational potential. 

Over the last two decades Helmut Leitner has been driving significant business improvements in senior leadership roles in E2E Planning in FMCG (Johnson & Johnson), Pharma (Merck, Sharp & Dohme) and Medical Devices (Smith & Nephew). His focus has been around implementing and running Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP), whilst driving transformational change in E2E Value Chains. He is currently building a program for an advanced IBP approach which is called «Integrated Business Sensing (IBSing)” with new ways of communication, decision-making, conflict resolution and learning to achieve better results for the organisation and the stakeholders.
