Kaleidoscope International was founded by James Amoah (CEO / Managing Director), who has over twenty years’ experience at senior leadership levels within large multinationals designing, leading and delivering complex supply chain and business turnaround programmes. James is a solutions orientated leader with global, international scope and experience. His expertise is in B2B manufacturing supply chain, M&A, business development, supply chain strategy and implementation, cost reduction and business turnaround to drive profitable growth in International markets.
James is a Board adviser to SMEs within the Healthcare and Customer Service Industry primarily in Switzerland, UK and North America.
James holds a BSc Pharmacology, MSc in Operational Research and is Lean / 6 sigma black belt trained.

Leading the Data Architect / Development practice is Stephen Varey a Technical architect, knowledge engineer and data scientist with 25 years IT experience in trading systems, hedge funds, telecomms, aerospace and defense. A pioneer of new technology:- first worldwide user of Rational Object Oriented CASE tool; first European user of Sybase Replication Server; responsible for introduction of Java EE at Dresnderbank and of COM/Corba at Barclays. Developer of commercial credit risk software. Lecturer at Thames Valley university. Courseware author. Manager of multi-million pound projects, strategic initiatives and many years team leading and hands on development.

Ashleigh Monks is our Supply Chain and Operational Research Analyst, with a First Class BSc Honours Degree in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics ((MORSE) and CAPM Project Management trained.  Trained user in Supply Chain Guru ((Llamasoft) Network Optimization and Simulation Modeling, with high  proficiency in Simul8, Microsoft Project, Excel and R.

Michelle Dabideen  is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of customer facing operations and banking experience.  As our Business Support Analyst, she coordinates and supports administration and many operational elements of logistics such as order management, product supply, returns and tracking.  Michelle possess well-developed leadership skills and an excellent work ethic. Organized, self-motivated, able to prioritize responsibilities and address multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
